We are seeking an Interior Design Intern who is passionate about residential architecture and modern design to join our team in our Gowanus studio.

We’re looking for top talent for our growing team. Here you’ll touch dozens of projects and actually see your work built. You’ll push your curiosity and your craft, while working closely with clients to inspire transformation.
Responsibilities include:
Assist the principals in generating conceptual designs, 3D models and rendering
Assist in the organization of the material library
Assist in scheduling of product vendors
Material and furniture research
Assist in social media content generation, postings and external media communications
Qualifications:
Currently attending or recently graduated from an accredited interior design school
Proficiency with AutoCAD and Sketchup
Proficient in Google Suite applications
You are resourceful, have the ability to work efficiently on multiple projects and keep them organized
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn!
Possess all legal permits and visas required to work in the U.S.
Fluency in written and spoken English
Currently lives in the New York City Area; this is an person position.

Responsibilities include:
Assist the principals in generating conceptual designs, 3D models and renderings, detailed construction documents, code research and material selection.
Assist in the coordination of contractors, expeditors, consultants, city agencies and vendors.
Assist in construction administration phase including on-site meeting attendance
Qualifications:
0-2 years professional experience
NYC residential architecture experience
High level of proficiency with AutoCAD and Sketchup
You are resourceful, have the ability to work efficiently on multiple projects and keep them organized
Experience with all phases of design
Familiarity with NYC building codes, zoning and LPC processes a plus
Currently lives in the New York City Area; This is a full-time, in person position.

Responsibilities include
Lead projects under the direction of the principal and with the support of the team.
Generate designs and presentations.
Produce construction drawings and details.
Ensure compliance of buildings codes and studio standards.
Manage schedules and coordination of clients, contractors, consultants, city agencies and vendors.
Execute construction administration including review of shop drawings and submittals.
Qualifications
3-5 years experience.
This is a leadership position- you can take a project from concept through construction, and you are a critical thinker, problem solver, and able to manage multiple projects.
Experience with NYC residential projects and all phases of architecture
High level of proficiency with Autocad, Sketchup and Enscape
Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
Knowledge of NYC building codes, zoning and LPC processes
Keen interest in detailing and materials
Currently live in the New York City Area; This is a full-time, in person position.
